E-Invoicing in Mauritania — B2G Invoice Declaration on the DGI STT Platform
Mauritania's e-invoicing explained: since 1 November 2026 a Ministry of Finance circular of 29 September 2026 requires suppliers of public entities to declare their invoices on the DGI's STT platform, where the public entity validates them before payment; unvalidated invoices cannot be paid. Web-form declaration, no XML, Peppol or QR code; STT enrolment; and the draft 2027 finance law's proposed 10% fine and extension to other taxpayers (not adopted).
